The storm ismoving toward the southwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A generalsouthwestward motion with a decrease in forward speed is expectedduring the next several days.Maximum sustained winds remain near 45 mph (75 km/h) with highergusts. Some strengthening is possible, and Leslie could transitioninto a tropical cyclone during the next few days.Winds of 40 mph extend outward up to 255 miles (405 km) from thecenter.The estimated minimum central pressure is 991 mb (29.27 inches).HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND----------------------SURF: Swells generated by Leslie are affecting Bermuda and thenorthern Leeward Islands and will reach other portions of the LesserAntilles, Greater Antilles, and Bahamas through Saturday.
