Ah di study reflex

I have all kinds of book in my library. I like to study up miself. I have always been interested in reflexology...so when I had to go to my appointment today, I took that book with me...

Long story short, I was interested in the plantar facia, which I still have and it's very painful. Well the siatica nerve ends in your heel, or it's the bottom of the nerve. It's buried kinda deep in your heel and you need a special long thing with a ball at the end to really find and massage it.

Well, I was desperate. After i read and studied the charts, i took a bloody pencil and with the eraser end found the damn button and push on it...the books says you will know when you find it by the pain...dear God in heaven, did I find it...the pain was unbelievable...it's a good thing I went slow and deeper and deeper until I rubbed it all out like the book said.

I can't believe that I am standing and walking and don't feel a thing...oh boy, I am going to go purchase all the tools I need on line now as there are so many things in you body that can be helped with this reflexology, and the hand one and the eye...ah gat all dem books too....

I think reflexology is a fasinating study. I've always had an interest in natural healing with pressure point manipulation, deep tissue massages, accupuncture, and herbal treatments. Some people swear by it, and believe in it and others thinks its just a bunch of crock, lol... I think that there are some effectiveness to it to a certain extent.

I don't get headaches very often, but I remember a while back I had a very annoying headache, and a friend of mine taught me a pressure point technique where you press down very hard with your thumb and index finger between the lower V of the thumb and index finger area of the opposite hand. It hurts really bad for a few seconds, but when you release it, the headache will be gone. At least it worked for me.

It does work. I had a buddy who constantly complained about an old bullet wound in his left arm. So I shot him in his right foot and he never complained about the left arm again.

Yes it does work, my heel feels so good now but I might have to do it several times and I will continue to study...it is very interesting and I am into the herbs and stuff too....anyways I have heard people talk good about it too.

If you get a massage with a masseuse who is also a reflexologist when they're done with your body it's an amazing feeling.
